Work with Sandoz PSP vendors for excellence in customer and patient support. This includes ensuring nurses and Field Case Managers (FCMs) in the scope of Best-in-Class patient support programs (PSPs) for various disease areas are optimally managed.
Segment and prioritize centers in collaboration with Sales and aligned with Marketing strategy
Engage with senior clinical and managerial staff within key accounts to facilitate dialogue around improvement of Sandoz PSP services
Acquire Sandoz PSP related products knowledge, understand and apply related brand strategies and tactics and ensure FCMs execute optimally
Gain in-depth understanding of current service challenges on a local and regional basis and remove obstacles
Monitor FCM performance, ensure they receive proper coaching and that they are adequately trained on diseases, products, policies and procedures
