• Provides safe transportation for patients, specimens, and equipment and other related tasks assigned.


• Coordinates these services within the Hospital to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our customers.


• Actively support the mission, goals, and objectives of the Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Verifies all information needed to safely transport patient


• Explains transport procedure to the patient prior to moving ·Assures patient comfort during transport


• Assures that patient privacy is respected at all times


• Monitors patient's condition during transport


• Demonstrates ability to handle confidential information with discretion following system confidentiality guidelines
