A fast paced, FSA accredited, successful family run, wholesale bakery serving the needs of the retail, food service and hospitality industry, is looking to employ a Patisserie Chef to join our team. The successful candidate would be required to drive product development, train and upskill staff along with supporting in the production variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods ensuring at all times high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods. Decorate and present pastries to a high standard. Follow recipes and maintain consistency in production. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen. Manage stock and ingredients for pastry production. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience as a Patisserie Chef or Pastry Chef.
