Conduct Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) on piping, pipelines, welds, and structural components.
Responsibilities - Set up and calibrate PAUT equipment using appropriate probes, wedges, and scanners.
- Utilize software tools such as NDT Setup Builder and Beam Tool for scan planning and configuration.
- Develop and review inspection procedures and techniques in line with project specifications and applicable codes.
- Conduct equipment calibration and validation in accordance with standards and procedures.
- Interpret and evaluate inspection data, identify defects, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with clear documentation of findings and recommendations.
- Ensure all inspection activities comply with international codes, standards, and project requirements.
