About the Role

The Paving Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily asphalt paving field operations, coordinating with owners and general contractors, and organizing crews and subcontractors. The role ensures contracts are completed safely, on time and on budget, in compliance with specifications and customer expectations, and provides accurate revenue and cost information to accounting staff. The position also involves reviewing invoices and cost reports, coaching direct reports, and promoting a culture of agility, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What You'll Accomplish

• Review project contract documents, organize crews and materials, plan, organize and schedule work and determine cost effectiveness of operations.
