About This Role

Citizens is seeking a Payment Network Compliance Analyst to support our sponsorship oversight program within the Payments Risk organization. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to Visa, Mastercard, and Discover network rules across merchant and third-party relationships.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role—not a traditional vendor risk/GRC position. The work is case-driven, detail-heavy, and high-volume, requiring strong judgment, documentation accuracy, and follow-through.
What You’ll Do

+ Review and manage merchant compliance cases, including network violations, inquiries, and escalations

+ Support third-party agent (TPA), including network registrations

+ Ensure compliance with Visa, Mastercard, and Discover rules and programs
