Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Onboarding & PSP Operations Manager to take full ownership of the client onboarding process from document collection to successful PSP and bank approvals.

This role is highly operational and requires someone who understands how PSPs work knows how to navigate onboarding challenges and can proactively push processes forward.

Tasks

Own the onboarding lifecycle

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new clients
• Collect review and organize KYC/KYB and corporate documentation
• Ensure files are complete structured and submission-ready
