Core Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end operational health of key payment partners in Mexico, focusing on Cards and Alternative Payment Methods. Monitor and analyze KPIs such as approval rates, latency, transaction quality, and partner performance. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and optimization opportunities, proposing improvements in payment flows and operational processes.

Requirements

Strong experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services. Solid analytical and technical background, with experience working with data (SQL, Excel, BI tools). Experience monitoring and improving KPIs and operational performance.
