Responsibilities
- Work in Technical Assistance Center (TAC) supporting NCR customers and analysts in providing problem resolution for NCR products, services, and related equipment.
- Ensure customers receive entitled services.
- Remotely deliver solutions, dispatch service personnel, and verify resolution of non‑escalated customer issues.
- Work directly with customers to understand problems and, if necessary, elevate to the next support level.
- Manage the Technical Assistance team, assuming full accountability for performance, workload allocation, training, coaching, and feedback.
