An established international engineering company based in Selby, Johannesburg requires an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Relevant qualification is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience on Sage 300 People Payroll.
  • ESS administration experience.
  • Strong Excel skills: V-lookups, Formulas, Reporting.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, deadline driven and able to work independently.
  • Attention to detail is a must.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Changing yearly tax tables.
  • Capturing and deducting of loans.
  • Medical aid recon and linking employees.
  • Monthly third-party payments.
