Description
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations and core human resources administration in Laurel, Maryland. This position combines accurate, multi-state payroll processing with employee records management, onboarding coordination, and benefits support. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of compliance practices, and hands-on experience working with ADP Workforce Now.


Responsibilities:

β€’ Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule for a workforce of 500+ employees.

β€’ Coordinate onboarding activities by preparing employment documentation, completing onboarding paperwork, and helping new team members transition into the organization.

β€’ Maintain accurate employee records for status changes such as new employee additions, terminations, transfers, promotions, and leaves within the HR management system.
