Overview
Hire Resolveβs client is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. The Payroll administrator will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
β Managing a payroll clerk to ensure that collection & accurate compilation of employee hours, on a weekly and monthly basis is achieved
β Timeous updating of employee data
β Evaluate the accuracy of data and information flow
β Liasing with sites and employees daily
β Bulk data capturing and reconciling relevant financial reports
β Gathering of absenteeism information and scrutinizing this information for validity
β Employee leave administration
β Accurate reporting
β Identify and resolve discrepancies
β Payslip analysis
β Overseeing payslip distribution
β Filing
β Monthly EMP201 submissions
β Bi-annual EMP501 submissions and IRP5 generation and distribution
