**Purpose**

Ensure the accurate execution, analysis, and strategic control of payroll processes, guaranteeing legal compliance, financial integrity, and accounting alignment, as well as the generation of analytical information to support decision-making within Finance and Human Resources.

**Responsibilities**

+ Record payroll transactions in the payroll system related to monthly and variable bonus payments (Anniversary Bonus, VPC, overtime, salary payments, non-salary payments, etc.), ensuring complete and timely processing for accurate payroll calculation.
