**Job Overview**

Coordinates and executes effective payroll processing and management aligning with organizational goals and objectives.

**Job Requirements**

+ Reconciling payroll account totals by department, location, country, etc., and periodically auditing employee pay records and vendor payroll reports.
+ Maintaining payroll documentation and records, procedures, payment schedules, data back-up, tax filings, legal compliance, and updating data on HRIS/Payroll system.
+ Working with other HR departments and payroll analysts on payroll implementation, process improvements, optimizations, and resolution of escalations/issues.
