Salary calculations for fixed, variable, and prorated payments (new hires, terminations, leaves).Deductions: INSS, IRRF, FGTS, union dues, loan deductions (eConsig), pension plans, health/benefits copay, Child support, etc.Reporting & compliance submissions (e-Social, FGTS, IRRF, DCTF-web, etc).Labor Liabilities: Responsible for accurate calculation, provisioning, and reporting of all legal obligations.
