Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs using GroupHealth and ADP
  • Collect and analyze data related to benefits enrollment, changes, and compliance using data collection tools and HRIS platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits options, eligibility, and claims processing.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and insurance providers to ensure accurate benefits offerings and resolve issues promptly.
