Payroll Manager – Mumbai / Chennai
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field with 10+ years of experience in payroll (Inhouse) processing, payroll operations, or payroll accounting.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax/TDS, gratuity, bonus, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Macros, Lookups, Pivot Tables, formulas), Power BI/PowerPoint, and payroll/HRMS systems.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight payroll deadlines.
· Experience managing multi-location payroll, vendor coordination, payroll audits, and process automation initiatives is preferred.
