Position Overview

Process employee benefit payments, travel expenses, and vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with established policies and deadlines. 
Support monthly payroll processes, including salary scale validation, exchange rate verification, system testing, and onboarding of new employees. 
Perform account reconciliations and prepare account certifications related to payroll, pensions, and taxes. 
Manage accounts receivable, record journal entries, and assist in the recovery of outstanding amounts owed to the organization. 
Administer and provide support for the corporate travel card program, reconciling transactions and resolving related issues. 
Prepare employment, salary, tax, and pension verification letters and certifications. 
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, pensions, taxes, and travel-related matters.
