We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our administrative team at our facility in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. This opportunity is aimed at new talent and recent graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields, who possess an advanced level of English.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluent Conversational English is a must.
- Basic knowledge of payroll concepts and tax obligations in Mexico (ISR, ISN, IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop in payroll management (weekly and biweekly).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
