Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Assistant to work at our clients site in Sunderland. The role is to ensure accurate, timely processing of all permanent standing data and temporary variations in accordance with policies and procedures. Complete processing of Pensioner’s Payroll, processing starters and leavers and calculating the payments due for dependants. To ensure monthly processing of the Payroll and the BACS submission for payment in accordance with set deadlines. Maintenance of other Payroll processes within the department, including pensions administration, to provide an efficient service to internal and external customers of the function. Control account reconciliations and validation of data input into College financial systems.
