Job Summary
Process bi-weekly payrolls accurately and on time, prepare reports & remittances, respond to employee inquiries, and collaborate with HR department, supervisors & management as required.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and balancing of bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees in accordance with deadlines.
- Process changes in bonus payments (QB/PI).
- Review quality bonus data for production employees and work with supervisors to correct any discrepancies.
- Monitor schedules and timesheets and work with supervisors and managers to address missing hours.
- Process employee payroll deductions and reimbursements.
- Preparation of reports and payroll-initiated remittances.
- Assist employees with payroll inquiries, including paystubs and T4s.
