Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to support payroll operations for an organization in Portland, Oregon. This Contract position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll activities for a mid-sized employee population while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. The person in this role will help ensure employees are paid correctly, handle payroll-related adjustments, and support reporting and records management.
Responsibilities:
β’ Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on schedule for a workforce of approximately 101 to 500 employees.
β’ Review employee time and pay data, validate earnings and deductions, and resolve discrepancies before payroll is finalized.
β’ Administer wage garnishments and other withholdings in accordance with applicable regulations and company requirements.
