+ Prepare payroll reports, tax deductions, PTO accruals, and benefit deductions
+ Assist employees and managers with payroll-related questions
+ Process wage garnishments and payroll-related journal entries
+ Support payroll process improvements and departmental initiatives
+ Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
