As a vital member of our Finance group, you will report to the Payroll Manager and handle the weekly payrolls for Quebec companies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, knowledge of payroll systems, and compliance with Quebec legislation while maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process full cycle weekly payroll for salary and hourly employees
• Review time sheets in the JDE payroll system
• Handle payroll data entry and support during high volume periods
• Monitor inboxes and redirect inquiries to appropriate team members
