Position Overview

            What You’ll Do  Coordinate payments for personnel including benefits. 
Coordinate payments to comply with taxes and other governmental aspects. 
Attend internal or external audits and government requirements. 
Implement necessary controls and processes to meet all legal requirements as well as ensure correct payment to all employees. 
 Essential Functions  Coordinate and verify supervisors report´s for hourly payment. 
Coordinate and verify accurate salary payment. 
Maintain current information for necessary reports. 
Prepare information for finance department. 
Prepare information to comply with social insurance. 
Prepare payment for taxes. 
Prepare information for employees (records, taxes). 
Prepare payment for FONACOT. 
Manage savings fund for employees. 
Manage accurate payments for employees that leave company.
