Responsibilities


+ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required

+ Perform full-cycle processing and data entry for all payrolls meeting deadlines using multiple payroll platforms including Kronos Software for time, attendance and scheduling.

+ Checking all vacation requests through ADP.

+ Management of workflow to ensure all payroll transactions is processed accurately and timely.

+ Ability to investigative and correct any payroll errors.

+ Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding questions related to payroll.

+ Work closely with various Human Resources (HR) departments to ensure the timely processing of new hires, change requests, transfers, promotions, terminations and deduction.
