In this role, the Payroll Execution & Delivery Lead ensures disciplined, accountable management of all payroll escalations and operational initiatives by maintaining centralized tracking, assigning ownership, and monitoring progress across multiple workstreams. The position oversees escalation intake and routing, ensuring issues are clearly defined, prioritized, and resolved within expected timelines. It also tracks payroll initiatives and milestones, coordinating with cross‑functional partners to confirm deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with operational goals. The lead proactively identifies risks and emerging issues, drives timely escalation to leadership, and ensures mitigation plans are in place.
