Job Description - Process the full monthly payroll cycle for approximately 500 employees accurately and on time.
- Process payroll-related changes, including new hires, salary adjustments, resignations, and final salary payments.
- Prepare and submit statutory payments and claims, including CPF, FWL, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, and government-paid leave claims.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconcile payroll records with Finance.
- Maintain the HRIS, attendance and leave management system to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Ensure payroll complies with company policies and Singapore statutory requirements.
- Prepare payroll-related reports, management reports, and information required for audits and regulatory submissions.
