Position Overview

Well established company is seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll HR Administrator to join their team.
Requirements
Matric certificate.
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (HR).
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a mid to senior role.
Hands‑on experience with payroll software (preferably MP500 and PAYSPACE).

Knowledge
Strong understanding of employee benefits, deductions, and compliance requirements.
In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities
Payroll Management
Process and administer payroll using MP500 and PAYSPACE software.
Ensure accuracy of employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.
Resolve payroll queries efficiently and ensure compliance with tax laws.

HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in line with company policies.
Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure timely enrollment and changes.
