We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager, the activities include, but not limited:
Required education and competencies
- Leading the payroll team - End to end payroll processing. - Experience calculation / PTU, Aguinaldo, Teleworking, severance and settlements. - Responsible to ensure all salaries, deductions, and other payroll components are correct and complete - Overseeing each payroll run (ordinary, extraordinary as PTU, Aguinaldo, Teleworking, severance and settlements). - Reporting regularly to management (SLA and KPI’s) - Analyzing the payroll function for possible improvements - Control and reconciliation payroll system vs GL, tax base - Responsible for implementing process needed to further digitize payroll system. - Responsible to supervise and manage payslips (Tax authority) - Support and attention internal and external audits - Prime Risk calculation & SUA - Provide good level of service to the internal clients - Emision de recibos de nomina – Issue payslips ...
