As a Payroll Manager, you are responsible for Generating and ensure accuracy of salaries calculation, income taxes and other salary related fees. Guarantee declarations to authorities and payments corresponding legal demands. Manage and lead the salary department team according H&M values and guidelines
You will:
Oversee processing of payroll changes ( new hires, terminations, raises), system upgrades and direct payroll procedures including timekeeping.Ensure the planning, execution and accurate processing of the weekly/ monthly payroll processes on systems.
