What You’ll Do

Within the Payroll Department, you will be responsible for executing the full payroll process and ensuring all employees are paid in accordance with local laws, regulations, and the Company’s established processing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review all new hires in the payroll system to ensure accuracy and process any necessary corrections.
• Calculate and process termination payments.
• Process salary changes, calculate back pay and additional earnings such as overtime and shift allowances.
• Be responsible for calculating deductions and ensuring employees’ sick leave and vacation time are accurate.
• Provide support to the stores regarding payroll matters, delivering outstanding customer service to internal customers and addressing all payroll-related questions and concerns.
