A Payroll Officer maintains employee masterlists, reviews periodic time reports, and manages tickets. Additionally, facilitates the processing of company and government loans, and precisely computes contributions such as SSS, HDMF, PHIC, and employee withholding tax. He/she serves as a point person for all compensation and benefits-related concerns.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or similar field
• With at least 3-year experience in compensation and benefits
• Strong knowledge of the Labor Code if the Philippines
• Fluent in English and Filipino
