Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process full payroll accurately and on time, including earnings, deductions, benefits, bonuses, and adjustments.
  • Oversee time and attendance, verify records, run reports, and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
  • Reconcile payroll, pension/provident fund contributions, and statutory payments (tax, UIF, COIDA).
  • Maintain HR administration including personnel files, onboarding, contracts, leave tracking, and reporting.
