As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for a broad range of payroll and HR administration activities:
- Managing the end-to-end payroll process for the Belux region, including onboarding, offboarding and employee changes.
- Maintaining and validating payroll data, time registrations, leave balances and absences.
- Preparing payroll payments, performing monthly controls and supporting reconciliations, year-end closing and audits.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of social security and legal payroll documentation.
