Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Payroll Delivery, the Payroll Operations Analyst is responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy of employee records, calculating wages and deductions, implementing payroll policies, addressing employee inquiries, collaborating with HR and other teams, and staying abreast of tax regulations. The Payroll Operations Analyst requires a thorough understanding of the payroll system, attention to detail, compliance with legal requirements, and effective communication and problem‑solving skills to ensure a smooth payroll operation.
