Our OEM Client based in Solihull, is searching for a Payroll Operations Supervisor to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a maternity cover contract position with a proposed end date of 31st July 2027.

Umbrella Pay Rate: £35.80 per hour.

Role Purpose:

Supervising the Payroll Operations for the UK monthly and weekly payrolls for circa 30,000 employees, supporting, guiding and developing a large team. Reporting to the Payroll Operations Manager, responsible for compliance of UK / ROI legislation and policies. To lead projects and drive forward change and efficiencies to support business strategies.

Responsibilities:
