About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Project Manager . This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities

Payroll & Functional Leadership

• Lead end-to-end payroll projects across multiple locations, including implementations, optimizations, and transitions.
• Partner with Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, Tax, Legal and IT to ensure seamless upstream and downstream integration.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and compliance requirements; drive timely resolution and mitigation.

Project Management (Skilled Level)

• Lead complex, cross-functional payroll projects from initiation through stabilization.
• Own project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs and status reporting.
• Manage interdependencies across systems (HRIS, Time & Attendance, Payroll, GL) and vendors.
