Position Overview

Respond to the employees’ inquiries and complaints in timely manner and in line with Nahdi policies & procedures

Accountabilities

Nahdi Employees Responding: 

  • Respond to the employees’ complaints and inquiries (. transaction issues, salary delays, how to upload the request into the self-service system, ect…) through the e-mail, calls…etc in timely manner as per the set SLAs and SOPs in order to maintain employees’ satisfaction.

  • Follow-up all payments registered in the payroll system on daily basis by checking compliance of payment details with payroll policies and procedures in order to ensure data accuracy.

  • Escalation: 

  • Validate and escalate all employees’ requests that are registered to the payroll users through the self-service system (. holidays, cash in advance, leaves, business trips, end-of services, etc…) in order to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and accuracy
