About the role

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant salary processing for all employees. This role handles key payroll activities including data entry, validation, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and payroll reporting. The specialist will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to address payroll concerns, resolve discrepancies, and ensure seamless payroll execution. The position also maintains comprehensive payroll records, manages statutory loan applications, and ensures all payroll transactions are properly coordinated with the Finance team for timely and accurate recording in the company's books of accounts.
