Responsibilities:

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles for multi-state employees

• Verify and ensure the accuracy of hours worked, tax withholdings, deductions, and garnishments.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports

• Assist in quarterly and year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution.

• Ensure compliance with payroll laws
Requirements
• Prior experience in payroll, preferably full-cycle process

• Strong understanding of payroll regulations

• Prior experience in larger payroll platforms/systems (preferred)
