The Payroll Specialist will manage full-cycle payroll processing for approximately 185 employees across two locations while supporting additional accounting functions. Responsibilities

+ Process weekly and biweekly payroll accurately and on time for approximately 185 employees across two entities.

+ Manage all payroll-related functions, including deductions, garnishments, benefits, and compliance requirements.

+ Maintain strong payroll controls and ensure accuracy and consistency across both locations.

+ Utilize Paylocity for payroll processing, reporting, and related payroll tasks.

+ Perform primary payroll processing activities on Mondays and Tuesdays in accordance with established schedules.
