Position Overview

  • Managing accurate payrolls and meeting payroll deadlines in collaboration with team members.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of statutory legislation and building relationships with internal clients.
  • Handling queries related to payroll via Workday cases, emails, and phone calls.
  • Processing monthly payroll for Malaysia with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administering payroll data in the HR/Payroll system and performing reconciliations and audits.
  • Ensuring accurate transmission of banking payments and bank account reconciliations.
  • Providing high-level customer service on payroll queries of varying complexity.
  • Continuously improving payroll operations efficiency through process enhancements
  • Advising on compensation, legislation, benefits, and tax-related issues.
