Who You'll Work With
You will be in charge of the bi weekly multistate payroll Administration for 2500 employees based in more than 40 states. You understand thoroughly the entire payroll cycle and the importance of accurate and timely processing of the payroll and taxes in compliance with the state legislation by supporting the US Payroll team:
Per pay period / US:
Replying to employees’ queries raised on our CRM according to our SLA and standard format.Taking appropriate actions on employee’s queries liaising with the US / Global team when required.Logging in the Global mail tracker, all communications addressed to the US Payroll team.Taking relevant actions on the post notably raised cases to our US payroll partner.Escalating any overdue liabilityFollowing up and coordinating with the relevant stakeholders.Per pay period / APAC:
