Payroll Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support our operations team with a blend of administrative, payroll, and accounting responsibilities with a growing multi-disciplined engineering firm. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong ADP Workforce Now experience, payroll processing expertise. Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

+ Process and administer full-cycle payroll accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now.

+ Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

+ Review payroll data for accuracy, including timesheets, earnings, deductions, taxes, and employee changes.

+ Support accounting operations through data entry, reconciliations, reporting, and other administrative functions.
