JOB OVERVIEW
The Payroll Specialist supports the Payroll Manager in the accurate and timely delivery of bi-weekly and monthly payrolls across the APAC region, while providing payroll support for EMEA, North America, and the Rest of the World (ROW). The role is responsible for maintaining payroll systems, ensuring compliance with applicable payroll legislation and company policies, and managing payroll-related processes from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include preparing and processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, managing payroll systems, performing payroll reconciliations, journals, and controls, and ensuring the accurate administration of pensions, employee benefits, statutory deductions, and year-end payroll activities.
