Position: Payroll Specialist (Non‑Profit)
Location: Toronto (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities
- Process full‑cycle semi‑monthly payroll for salaried, contract, and hourly employees.
- Maintain payroll records and employee changes, including promotions, terminations, salary adjustments, and other modifications.
- Reconcile and remit statutory deductions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Issue Records of Employment (ROEs) and respond to payroll inquiries.
- Complete year‑end payroll procedures and reporting.
- Maintain accurate payroll data within the HRIS.
