Position: Payroll Specialist (Non‑Profit)

Location: Toronto (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Perks: 3 weeks of vacation + 15 PTO days + benefits & pension

Responsibilities

• Process full‑cycle semi‑monthly payroll for salaried, contract, and hourly employees.
• Maintain payroll records and employee changes, including promotions, terminations, salary adjustments, and other modifications.
• Reconcile and remit statutory deductions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Issue Records of Employment (ROEs) and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Complete year‑end payroll procedures and reporting.
• Maintain accurate payroll data within the HRIS.
