We are recruiting for our client, a company operating in the pharmaceutical sector, a Payroll Specialist who perfectly masters payroll management, personnel administration, and the SAGE Payroll software.
Main tasks:
Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with Moroccan legislation and internal procedures. Collect, verify, and enter payroll variables (attendance, absences, leave, bonuses, penalties, etc.). Ensure administrative management of personnel: contracts, amendments, HR files, certificates, declarations. Complete social security (CNSS, AMO, CIMR, Mutual insurance, etc.) and tax declarations on time. Ensure the control and compliance of pay slips.
