Associate-Payroll

Responsibilities

• Prepare supporting documents for full and final pay processing i.e. payroll worksheets, deduction reports, FFP computation.
• Prepare payroll entries for each ffpay and as needed by payroll vendor.
• Posting of entries once approved – depending on the transactions made.
• Prepare supporting documents needed by payroll vendor for year-end reports.
• Administration of ffpay processing and coordination with the vendor to calculation the ffpay.
