Position Overview

Process monthly/bi-monthly payroll accurately and on time 
Compute wages, overtime, night differential, and statutory benefits 
Ensure proper remittance of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax) 
Maintain payroll records and confidentiality of employee information 
Prepare payroll reports and pay slips 
Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies 
Coordinate with accounting and finance departments 
Develop and administer compensation structures and salary reviews 
Manage employee benefits programs (HMO, insurance, leaves, incentives) 
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis 
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company compensation policies 
Prepare compensation and benefits reports and analyses 
Assist in benefits enrollment and employee communication 
Support annual merit increases and incentive programs
